1st Touch has joined Motorola Solutions as a PartnerSelect Authorised ISV. Working alongside Motorola resellers supplying handheld devices, 1st Touch will advise its social housing and local authority customers on sustainable mobile workforce solutions using the Motorola ES400 device running Microsoft Windows Embedded technology.
The partnership reflects the need for housing providers to keep their mobile staff working in the field without unnecessary interruptions due to lost or damaged devices. The tie-up with Motorola will let 1st Touch customers ‘swap out’ devices needing servicing and repair and replace them with new pre-loaded devices.
