Aligned Assets’ Symphony PMS property and asset management system is now available through an annual subscription of less than £5,000.
For housing providers, Symphony can be supplied pre-populated with data from the National Land and Property Gazetteer (NLPG), giving access to the UPRNs necessary for NROSH submissions. In local authority use, Symphony is fully BS7666 compatible and can source all address information directly from the Local Land and Property Gazetteer.
