Access UK, whose housing customers include East Thames Group and NSHousing, has secured £50 million of expansion capital from Lyceum Capital.
Having restructured and rebranded its business in 2009 and acquired the HR specialist Select Software, Access will use the funding to drive organic growth of its ERP software and services as well as the acquisition of complementary solutions.
The strategy will also focus on product development, including the ongoing development of the company’s SaaS capabilities. Access is also developing its software for the mobile market including support for devices such as the iPhone, BlackBerry, iPad and Android-compatible smartphones.
Established in 1991, Access has an annual turnover of £28 million and employs 300 people in the UK and Ireland.
