About the Event
Housing Technology’s Digital Strategy Forums bring together a very small group of key strategists to discuss challenges in our sector, potential solutions and hear ideas from outside the sector. This is an ideal opportunity to go deeper on issues facing the sector and develop fresh ideas in a non-sales and confidential environment.

How to improve the end-to-end tenant journey is one of the main focuses for many social housing providers today. But which areas are most important to address, and how? Aareon has conducted over 50 customer partnership workshops over the last 12 months, where they have listened to customers’ digital aims and strategies post-Covid. Aareon has formulated which seven core areas are most important to their customers, to achieve the optimum end-to-end tenant journey.
Hosted by George Grant (CEO, Housing Technology) and joined by Aareon’s Rob Griffiths (Managing Director) and Tina Kennedy (Head of Digital). This is a unique opportunity to compare notes and share ideas with fellow senior housing professionals from across the sector.
