Telecommunications provider Orange has chosen Guardian24 as its partner for its new ‘Lone Worker from Orange’ safety solution.
Using Guardian24’s device-neutral technology, ‘Lone Worker from Orange’ can be used on a variety of hand-held devices and customers can choose tailored service plans to suit individual employees. Key features of the system include a discreet panic button, emergency response, round-the-clock access to lone worker specialists through an alarm receiving centre, timed activities so staff can log in and out of daily tasks and state how long they’re likely to take.
Customers will also have access to Guardian24’s web portal which shows live user information including GPS locations and allows management to respond immediately in the event of an incident.
