Housing IT specialist 4Net has been awarded ‘service expert’ status by Avaya based on its work around unified communications and robust contact centre strategies.
Richard Pennington, managing director, 4Net, said, “We’re proud to be the first and only Avaya partner across the North of England to become accredited to ‘service expert’ level but, corporate chest-beating aside, we’re more excited about what this means for our clients.”
4Net’s customers include Harvest, Midland Heart and Procure Plus. The company currently has a turnover of £2.5 million which it plans to double over the next two years.
