Consilium has won a five-year contract with NSHousing to deliver a mobile working system based around its TotalMobile, TotalRepairs and TotalView products. The system is first being deployed across NSHousing’s 72 mobile users in its housing repairs department but it is expected to be rolled out across the entire organisation afterwards.
The decision to adopt mobile working is part of NSHousing’s ongoing plan to bring its repairs department back in house, having been previously contracted externally. Using the Consilium system, the repairs staff will now have access to features such as job management, electrical forms, instant transfer of relevant information and full stock management capabilities.
