Kypera has just released the latest version (v2.5) of Kypera Housing. The company said that the new version boasts an array of sophisticated new functionality that make complicated tasks, such as managing arrears and raising repairs, straightforward, accurate and fast.
Tony Dunn, lead developer for housing, Kypera, said, “In terms of new functionality, this is the biggest single step that Kypera Housing has taken to date.”
Kypera Housing is based on the latest Microsoft .NET technology. This enables seamless integration with Kypera Financials and Kypera Business as well as allowing the company to offer competitive pricing.
The new version includes the facility for mobile working within the repairs module, removing the need for third-party mobile systems. The web-based mobile application means that field-based activities, such as inspections, can be displayed, scheduled and prioritised from a smartphone. Completed inspections can be uploaded to the main office system directly from the phone in real time.
