Salix Homes has formed a five-year partnership with Northgate Public Services to support its community regeneration and targeted neighbourhood strategies for its 10,600 homes across Salford.
The ALMO for Salford City Council is implementing a Keystone asset management system alongside a new Northgate Integrated Housing solution as part of its wider ICT strategy.
Rob Wakefield, director of finance and ICT, Salix Homes, said, “Our task is to provide housing, regeneration and a broader range of value for money services that are built around our customers’ needs. Our partnership with Northgate is focused entirely on excellence and making a wider contribution to improving neighbourhoods.”
The Salix-Northgate partnership will focus on an overhaul of Salix Homes’ asset management and repairs, the introduction of new flexible working practices, the provision of customer self-service, and the delivery of personalised and localised tenant services.
