Two Rivers Housing, which manages 3,600 properties in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, is also set to implement a document and process management system from Documotive.
Two Rivers wants to use the Documotive system to streamline its operational processes by minimising and controlling its paperwork while also reducing its storage requirements and improving business continuity.
James Osborne, IT manager, Two Rivers Housing, said, “Documotive already partner with two of our existing suppliers and can easily integrate with our other systems. It was important for us that our chosen system could capture outgoing printed letters, manage important records and electronic documents as well as hold scanned images – Documotive can do all of this.
“The Documotive solution will be installed in our finance department to automate purchase invoice approvals before being rolled out across housing management, asset management and other areas of the business.”
The new system is also expected to help Two Rivers’ mobile and remote workers by making documents available to them wherever they are working, not just in the office. The system will help reduce re-printing and copying paperwork as records will be available simultaneously anywhere.
