Genesis Housing Group and Chevin Housing Group have both signed contracts with Clearview Systems for its performance management software.
Genesis, which manages 40,000 properties and employs 1,600 staff, is using a ‘Fast-Track’ implementation of the Clearview Strategy and Performance Suite to achieve greater transparency for business planning and promote a more consistent performance culture across all part of its organisation.
Wakefield-based Chevin, which includes Harewood Housing and Synergy Housing, plans to use the Clearview system to provide a ‘golden thread’ of project oversight and reporting from front-office staff up to its board.
