Parkway Green Housing Trust has deployed a web-based mapping and reporting system from GeoSolveIT. Based on award-winning GeoSamba technology, Parkway Green can now map and analyse its ongoing asset improvement programme, maintain grounds maintenance records, profile neighbourhoods and show voids. All Parkway staff will have access to the system via an intranet.
Ian Gregg, director, Parkway Green Housing Trust, said, “GeoSolveIT very quickly deployed a fully-operational intranet GIS system that is now available for use across our teams and potential contractors. The GIS system has already yielded business efficiencies in support of our grounds maintenance.”
Tim Craig, Parkway Green’s head of ICT, added, “The system was originally intended to provide a definite record of our grounds maintenance, but GeoSolveIT are now providing reporting tools to integrate with our recently-acquired IBS housing management system as well as our Promaster asset management system.”
