Housing Plus, formerly Central Borders Housing Group, has chosen Documotive to deliver an enterprise document and process management solution. With over 5000 properties under management, Housing Plus wanted to improve the way information from its core business systems, including its MIS ActiveH housing management system and Frontier Chris21 system, was managed and coordinated across all areas of the organisation.
Mark Stevens, project manager, Housing Plus, said, “We implemented a document management system five years ago which was supposed to manage our housing and tenancy files.
