Morrison has won new repairs and maintenance contracts worth £37 million with social housing providers, with the option of increasing the contracts to £63 million.
In London, Morrison’s new contracts are with One Housing and AmicusHorizon. At One Housing, Morrison will be providing responsive repairs, voids services and support for the Decent Homes programme, with the contract worth £18 million over five years. Morrison is providing similar services to AmicusHorizon, with the contract worth £19 million over five years.
Morrison has also won a framework contract with Salford City Council for the provision of aids and adaptations in a four year, £800,000 contract. At the same time, Morrison has been chosen for a new framework agreement operated by GM Procure, which will allow Morison to bid for repairs and maintenance contracts in the North West of England over the next three years.
