Developed by Arena Partnership, the TPTracker service is now being used by housing organisations responsible for over 500,000 homes in the UK. The TPTracker online service helps to maintain records of tenant profiles, contacts and the activities in which they participate, quantify levels of tenant involvement, monitor tenant feedback and generate KPIs for reporting purposes.
Tony Hall, chief executive, Freebridge Community Housing, said, “TPTracker has proved to be an effective online tool which helps us monitor, quantify and assess resident involvement. During our recent Audit Commission inspection, TPTracker helped us to supply information that was previously difficult or impossible to obtain.”
A recent Audit Commission report on Hackney Homes said, “Hackney Homes is seeking to further widen [tenant] involvement through its TPTracker system. Details of people who would like to get involved are captured at different events and meetings, with information such as contact details, diversity profile, and the ways in which residents would like to get involved entered on the system. There are currently over 1,300 contacts on the system that can be used for a range of consultation activities, and it has proved helpful in, for example, recruiting customers to focus groups.”
Other organisations using TPTracker include Circle Group, Harvest Housing, Kensington Housing Trust, Nottingham City Homes, North Norfolk Housing Trust, Waveney District Council, Hackney Homes and Riverside Group.
