Gateway Housing Association has appointed Waterstons as its long term IT partner to work with its in-house IT team to provide first, second and third line support as well as IT governance.
The contract began in February 2014 and will run for between three and five years. The delivery of the contract will be coordinated by an on-site manager with support from two of Gateway’s in-house support staff and Waterstons’ ITIL-based service desk team.
