Southern Housing Group has appointed Chris Harris as its new group customer services director.
Harris has worked for a number of G15 housing providers, including Catalyst Housing and most recently Genesis Housing Group where he launched service improvement projects around performance and culture.
He will lead the customer services directorate at SHG, with a strong focus on the digital needs of its tenants, and as a member of the group’s executive team, he will also help to shape the wider business. He now manages the team that provides customer, property, and residential services, along with community, financial and employment and training support.
