A2Dominion is set to implement a sales and shared ownership module from BluTek, allowing it to configure and run its own workflows for the entire sales process, from initial interest through to sales completion. The new module will be delivered in October 2010, after which A2Dominion intends to make it commercially available to other housing providers in 2011.
Doreen Wright, development director, A2Dominion, explained, “We have worked with BluTek over the past four years to create BluBrik, a [housing] development management system aimed specifically at housing providers like us. We are now looking forward to creating a new system for our sales processes.”
The new Sales and Shared Ownership module will interface directly to the BluBrik Handover module, so that property details can be used as soon they are known. The module will also interface with Civica’s Universal Housing system as well as with other housing management systems as needed.
BluTek intends to integrate the Sales and Shared Ownership module into its main Development Management System and deliver it via a software-as-a-service model.
