Aareon AG has bought housing repairs and maintenance software provider Fixflo for an undisclosed sum.
Commenting on its acquisition, Aareon said that Fixflo offers a “best-in-class SaaS solution” that connects housing providers, tenants and contractors on a dedicated platform for repairs and maintenance. Fixflo was started in 2012 and its software is now used to manage around 1.2 million properties for 1,500 customers.
