Allpay has announced a partnership with Voicescape, with a focus on automating the management of arrears’ cases and more streamlined payment processes.
Voicescape and Allpay’s combined expertise will empower housing providers and local authorities to provide better customer experiences through advanced engagement automation and versatile payment options, leading to efficient rent collection processes, reduced manual interventions and better use of scarce staff resources. The two companies’ combined solution will also include self-service capabilities for tenants.
