Following the launch by housing consultancy Altair of its digital and technology practice in March 2021, the company has made two strategic appointments to the practice, both through Housing Technology’s dedicated recruitment service.
Phil Smith joins as Altair’s business development director and Cher Lewney as the company’s principal consultant. Smith and Lewney both previously worked at OneConsulting.
Ian Lever, director, Altair, said, “I’m thrilled to have Phil and Cher on board. Lockdown has been the catalyst for a spike in interest around communications and data. As a result, we’re seeing an increase in demand from housing providers to help shape their digital strategies and implementations.”
Altair advertised both roles through Housing Technology’s recruitment website and had an excellent response.
