Alysium Consulting has appointed Andrew Webb as its executive chairman.
Webb was previously a managing director in Rothschild’s global advisory business where he spent 25 years advising clients on strategic issues and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and equity and bond fundraisings.
