NorthgateArinso has been appointed by Sovereign Housing Group to deliver a new HR and payroll system over the next five years. The system is expected to be live by September 2009 and will cater for around 600 employees.
NorthgateArinso’s ResourceLink will provide Sovereign with a single HR database, consolidating multiple existing systems. The project will run in two phases, with the first phase covering HR, payroll and self-service, including online expenses, and will operational by April 2009. The second phase covers recruitment, training and personal development and is scheduled for completion by September 2009.
