Beyond Housing is now using MRI Software’s new Customer Central CRM system, having been a long-term user of MRI’s software since the housing provider’s creation five years ago.
The new CRM system was designed in consultation with Beyond Housing and offers all the functionality of a SaaS-based solution without needing specialised development and integration into existing housing systems.
Maeve Collier, director of ICT and change, Beyond Housing, said, “We’ve used MRI’s products since the inception of Beyond Housing in 2018. Choosing MRI’s Customer Central platform was closely linked to its integration capabilities so that we could consolidate and rationalise our technology stack and build stronger partnerships with fewer suppliers.”
Danielle Havelock, housing officer, Beyond Housing, said, “It’s really easy to use. Everything is in one place, so rather than having to hunt for information, it’s all there at your fingertips so you can give customers answers there and then when you’re out and about.”
