Britannic Technologies has been given the status of ‘housing specialist’ by its partner Mitel in recognition of its successful provision of integrated telephony systems to housing providers over the past ten years.
Commenting on the award, Saul Stevens, IT director of Family Mosaic, said, “Britannic’s approach to working with us is illustrative of its comprehensive understanding of our sector and its ability to really help companies align technology with business goals. We now have a clear technology road map with a well-defined migration path and options to make our telephony work even harder for us.”
Eric Backhouse, ICT infrastructure and customer services manager, Wakefield and District Housing, added, “Since the transfer of our IP-telephony support to Britannic, it has proved from day one that it is more than just a market-leading support company. If we have a bit of a problem or want some advice, Britannic has demonstrated that we just need to pick up the phone and ask them, and that sort of support is priceless.”
