Family Mosaic, Worcestershire County Council and Luton Borough Council have each recently signed contracts with Capita Software Services for Capita Support.
The Capita Support system makes it easier and faster for organisations to assess people’s needs and refer them to the right services, particular for the most vulnerable. Paper-based forms can be mapped to Capita Support to give housing, care and support staff immediate access to all relevant information, and remove the need for claimants to provide the same information repeatedly across different forms.
John Tilsley, head of business systems, Family Mosaic, said, “We chose Capita Support because it gives us flexibility and matches our strategy of removing in-house developed solutions with a move towards software as a service.”
Capita’s seven-year contract with Luton Borough Council covers the implementation of a single point of access to manage its referrals, vacancies and Supporting People-related contract management. Worcestershire County Council is also using the system as its single point of access tool.
