Nottingham-based Tuntum Housing Association began in May 2010 to deploy Clearview’s performance management software and services to support the management of its 1100 properties. Richard Renwick, chief executive, Tuntum Housing Association, said, “At long last a performance management system designed to completely meet our business needs. We are excited at the prospect of having Clearview become an integral part of our operations.”
Clearview has recently made two additions to its consultancy team. Gary Brown joins Clearview from Housemark and Tim O’Shea joins from Severnside Housing where he was head of business improvement. Clearview also reported that at the end of the 2009/2010 financial year, its customers had a total of more than 510,000 homes under their management.
