Odyssey Interactive and Clearview Systems have formed a technology partnership to develop a joint solution for housing performance management.
Based on Odyssey’s Interact intranet system and Clearview’s performance management software, the combined solution is intended to improve service delivery by making it easier for housing providers to collate and report KPIs and performance statistics to all employees. The combination of Odyssey’s intranet solution and Clearview’s performance management software will enable housing providers to show evidence of the ‘golden-thread’ running through their organisation by enhancing corporate performance through the establishment of a strong performance culture.
The Clearview system pulls strategic and operational plans together into one place, giving a single view of the health of the organisation and ensuring alignment of strategic plans and operations. Interact then takes information directly from Clearview and presents users with a live overview of the current status as well as providing a click-through link to detailed information.
The Odyssey-Clearview module has been developed to provide clear and transparent dynamic dashboards which can be customised for individual users or groups of users, displaying real time performance information directly on intranet pages. The combined module will display a combination of strategy and customer service information including performance against organisational objectives, progress against tasks, project status, service excellence outcome status and a number of customer service KPIs.
Sheila Morris, HR director, Rooftop Housing Group, said, “Driving change to improve performance is all about raising awareness of issues, being transparent and working collaboratively to resolve them. The Clearview-Interact module has the potential to help us continue to develop this by linking the source of the performance data with our intranet. We believe it will help to raise awareness of how team and personal performance contributes towards positive change in the organisation.”
