Clearview Systems has announced that it will be reducing maintenance fees for its performance management customers from April 2010. While the 1.4 per cent annual decrease is relatively small, it is nevertheless a welcome saving for Clearview’s 85 housing customers and reflects the unexpected decline in the retail price index during 2009.
Mark Hobart, managing director, Clearview Systems, said, “We value our customers and want them to be successful. We are aware of the budgetary challenges many will face next year and we believe in being as supportive as possible.”
Charles Brotherton, finance director, Rooftop Housing Group, commented, “The price decrease is excellent news and helps us to pass on rent reductions to our residents.”
