Severnside Housing, Worcester Community Housing, Port of Leith HA, Acclaim Group and Raglan Housing have all announced that they have begun the implementation of Clearview Systems’ performance management software.
Shrewsbury-based Severnside Housing is implementing the full suite of Clearview software, including integration with its IBS housing management system around KPIs, repairs, voids and rent arrears. Nearby Worcester Community Housing will use the strategy, project, risk and service excellence modules from the Clearview strategy and performance planning suite.
Acclaim Housing Group, which includes Dales Housing and Seven Locks Housing, has begun an implementation of the full Clearview strategy and performance suite of software and services to provide a framework to ensure that its short-, medium- and long-term business plans are achieved. Gerald Taylor, group chief executive, Acclaim Housing Group, said, “Clearview was clearly the market leader which fulfilled our requirements.”
Port of Leith has begun the version-two implementation process using the Clearview Workshop cascade method. Keith Anderson, chief executive, Port of Leith Housing Association, said, “Having a clear and straightforward performance information and management framework is an essential part of our approach to delivering excellent services.”
As Clearview’s 84th customer, Raglan Housing Association is using the performance management software to support the proactive monitoring of action plans, avoid duplication of effort between departments and teams, allow individuals to own their assigned responsibilities and be monitored against them, and provide regular, up-to-date and accurate feedback to residents, board members and stakeholders.
