Following the publication of the Tenant Services Authority’s new regulatory framework for housing providers in England in April 2010, Clearview Systems has added the TSA’s six standards, with their 14 sub-divisions and 70 potential outcomes, to the Clearview Service Excellence module.
Clearview’s Service Excellence module provides integration between projects and any framework held within the module, enabling the tracking and management of both current performance and continuous improvement.
The company has also announced that it has changed its name from Festival Business Solutions (trading as Clearview) to Clearview Systems with immediate effect.
Mark Hobart, managing director, Clearview Systems, explained, “Customers have tended to associate the name of our solution with our company name. Now we have developed and implemented a second-generation strategy and performance management software suite specifically for the social housing sector, it made sense to re-brand the company in line with the all-new web-based solution.”
