Real Asset Management has just launched a subscription-based version of its component accounting system for SORP and IFRS compliance within smaller housing providers. RAM’s Series4000 On-Demand is aimed primarily at housing providers still using spreadsheets or an older, inflexible asset module. The software is available via a monthly subscription to reduce capital expenditure.
Karen Conneely, group commercial manager, Real Asset Management, said, “Despite their smaller scale, many associations have reasonably high volumes of asset records to manage under component accounting. They often have very limited resources at their disposal to take on the vast amount of additional work that is generated by using either spreadsheets or less feature-rich, legacy asset registers.”
Series4000 On-Demand is available as either an on-premise system installed on a housing provider’s local network or as a cloud computing-based system hosted by RAM.
