Covalent Software has signed a number of new customers for its performance management system, including Colchester Borough Homes, Colchester Borough Homes, East North East Homes, Cosmopolitan Housing Group, Liverpool Mutual Homes, the Community Gateway Association and Broxbourne Housing.
Nick White, director of finance and corporate services, Colchester Borough Homes, said, “With the Tenant Services Agency and Short Notice Inspections, it is more important than ever that we can bring together our action planning, KPIs, and customer feedback into one system across the company.”
The new customers are using a variety of Covalent modules to track performance indicators, manage their action/improvement plans and corporate risks, perform self assessments and prepare for inspections, plus manage customer feedback.
Sharon Griffiths, Head of ICT, Liverpool Mutual Homes, said, “ We currently use spreadsheets for handling the corporate plan, performance indicators and risk management, making it difficult to collate, monitor and analyse performance. Covalent will enable us to build a robust performance management framework to support the delivery of improved performance and better risk management within the organisation.”
Ken Goodsell, director of business services, Broxbourne Housing, added, “Having achieved a ‘2 star with promising prospects for improvement’ rating just over 2 years since our inception and completing the implementation of our new housing IT system, we felt the time was right to sharpen our focus on performance management.”
