Antrim-based Decision Time is growing its workforce by 75 per cent with the creation of 13 new jobs following a £600,000 capital injection into the software provider. The new jobs are in software development, sales, customer service, HR and marketing, taking the company’s headcount to 30 by the end of 2021.
With over 60 social housing customers across England, Scotland and Wales as well as 40 per cent of the Republic of Ireland’s public-sector organisations, Decision Time develops software to support organisations’ corporate governance and compliance, risk management and business monitoring.
Sinead Higgins, business director, Decision Time, said, “We’re delighted to be in a position where we can create new jobs to support the growth that we experienced in 2020. Decision Time puts a huge emphasis on attracting and retaining the best people so we’re offering a really fantastic package to team members.”
John Hood, multi-sector director, Invest NI, said, “Decision Time has built an excellent reputation and an impressive customer portfolio across the UK and RoI with over 250 customers using its software. The company has reached a pivotal point in its planning for future growth and has decided to follow a more ambitious path with the creation of 13 jobs at its Antrim base. These are well-paid jobs, which will ultimately help the company build its customer base and expand its sales outside Northern Ireland and RoI.”
Geoff Higgins, CEO, Decision Time, said, “Corporate governance has moved right up the agenda and as boards and executive teams have shifted to meeting remotely, an easy-to-use cloud-based solution has been a priority for them. We’ve been able to sustain good growth over a number of years and this year we’re expecting this to be even stronger based on our current market penetration and pipeline of enquiries.”
