Digital Strategy Forum - April 2021
Housing Technology’s Digital Strategy Forums bring together a very small group of key strategists to discuss challenges in our sector, potential solutions and hear ideas from outside the sector. This is an ideal opportunity to go deeper on issues facing the sector and develop fresh ideas in a non-sales and confidential environment.
What are the challenges to consider when becoming a digital-first organisation?
Many housing providers have considered looking at channel shifts to more digital ways of working. But what are the transformation steps to an agile organisation’s operating model, in order to better serve tenants? Hosted by George Grant (CEO, Housing Technology) and joined by Aareon’s Rob Griffiths (Managing Director) and Tina Kennedy (Head of Digital), we look to discuss what the critical steps are in trying to become digital first organisation, and how?
Join us for our spring Strategy Forum with some open discussions on the topic of digital first and what it means for your organisation. We’ll be covering the following questions:
- What are the drivers of digital first? What are you trying to achieve?
- What are the steps you believe are critical to becoming digital first?
- What are the challenges or blockers housing providers face?
- What are the current projects you have on? Do you have any examples of implementing a digital first programme in your organisation? If so, what were the challenges you faced and how has it helped your organisation and tenants?
This is a unique opportunity to compare notes and share ideas with fellow senior housing professionals from across the sector. We believe that working together is the best way to overcome this challenge and we hope you can join us.
