Housing Technology’s Digital Strategy Forums bring together a very small group of key strategists to discuss challenges in our sector, potential solutions and hear ideas from outside the sector. This is an ideal opportunity to go deeper on issues facing the sector and develop fresh ideas in a non-sales and confidential environment.
What we’ll be discussing: COVID-19: New Ways of Working
For our Autumn series we’re going to be hosting a thought-provoking discussion about new ways of working following the impact of Covid-19. You’ll be participating in some blue sky thinking about the way housing providers have had to adapt and how the pandemic will affect the sector long term. Here are just some of the questions we’ll be covering.
- What has the impact been on your business from the sudden need to change the way you and your teams work?
- What is the ‘new normal’ and how has it affected your strategy in how you serve your customers?
- How will this affect the way you work in the future?
- What opportunities has the new normal presented your business with?
