Castle Computer Services has developed a new system to reduce the installation time for SunSystems finance applications by up to a third.
Based on Castle’s experience of working with over 60 UK housing associations, its new approach provides a core template for small- to medium-sized associations that offers a high return on investment without compromising on functionality while integrating fully with customers’ existing housing management systems.
Alan Quinn, managing director, Castle Computer Services, said, “We have used our experience in housing to develop a product profile for SunSystems finance applications that incorporates the key features required by housing providers. This results in greater efficiencies in the implementation of a software profile specified to best meet the customer’s needs. There is also no need for customers to develop a detailed specification as we can provide this for them to adapt, rather than starting from scratch.”
