Civica has won a five-year contract with Orwell Housing Association to deliver its Universal Housing system as a hosted service from November 2010, including round-the-clock technical support.
The new service is intended to improve the Suffolk-based housing provider’s tenant services while delivering cost savings through a flat monthly fee. The Universal Housing system includes new contact centre modules, web-based interfaces and electronic document management software.
Stephen Javes, chief executive, Orwell Housing Association, said, “Managed services let us provide efficient service delivery combined with reduced cost and lower risks. We chose Civica because its Universal Housing system incorporates all the resources needed to support our current and future business plans.”
