Following its signing of a five-year contract with MidlandHR, Cardiff-based Taff Housing Association has gone live with a new HR and ‘talent management’ solution. The implementation of the iTrent system, which is hosted in MidlandHR’s secure private cloud facility, currently comprises modules for employee and manager self-service, absences and HR.
Jane Evans, HR manager, Taff Housing Association, said, “With our previous system, routine tasks such as creating reports for managers were extremely difficult and time-consuming and we were constantly duplicating work. iTrent lets us focus on value-adding activities as self-service significantly reduces our administrative burden.”
Declan McGrath, managing director, MidlandHR, said, “Taff Housing Association has a fantastic reputation for taking care of its staff, as demonstrated in the ‘Great Place to Work’ awards where it came first and fifth, respectively, in the Health & Wellbeing and the Best Workplace in the UK categories.”
Additional iTrent modules, covering learning and development, performance management and recruitment are expected to implemented shortly.
