Flagship Group has taken on a suite of software from Totalmobile, covering work-order management, workforce scheduling, mobile working and field-service intelligence.
Totalmobile’s platform is intended to give the housing provider a flexible approach to real-time updates on service requests, problem reporting and resource requests. The software will also allow Flagship’s tenants to be kept informed when its operatives are on their way, on site and when the jobs are completed.
