Performance scorecard now available
Clearview has announced that the availability of the latest version of its performance scorecard gives users an exceptionally flexible KPI toolkit. The performance scorecard enables housing providers to create specific KPIs which can be linked to a number of scorecards, each with a specific audience in mind, for example the board, scrutiny panels, customers, functional areas of the business or individuals. The performance scorecard can be either stand-alone or totally integrated, allowing KPIs to be linked to strategic goals or to regulatory and best practice standards.
