HouseMark, the housing benchmark services supplier, is piloting SunGard Public Sector’s Aspiren data analytics service. The project, which began in September 2009, will see HouseMark using intelligent data modelling and analytical techniques to unlock intelligence and valuable insight from data from its 840 members comprising housing associations, ALMOs and local authorities.
Ross Fraser, chief executive, HouseMark, said, “We have recently engaged SunGard Public Sector to help us undertake statistical analysis of the data we collect from our members. We want to deploy statistical analysis as an added-value service to generate business intelligence for our members and to help to inform policy.”
