Housingnet Software is launch a new product, Housing Development Performance Information (HDPI), later this year to improve the performance of housing development projects and teams.
The web-based HDPI system will help housing providers provide evidence of their development performance, manage programmes of work, and reduce organisational risk when delivering new homes.
HDPI is expected to make it simpler for entire housing development teams to manage and measure the performance of development projects using a range of KPIs. At the same time, the system will give senior managers strategic oversight during project delivery and support future forecasting and business planning.
While the software is still under development, HDPI is expected to capture KPIs across complete housing development projects, including customer satisfaction, cashflow predictability, defects, timescales, project change requests and Code for Sustainable Homes metrics.
