Housing Technology 2025 begins on 11 March with afternoon workshops and an evening welcome reception, with the main conference on 12-13 March 2025 at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham. Housing Technology’s annual conference is long established as the pre-eminent IT event in housing, bringing together 600+ technology strategists.
We’ll be hosting a large range of fantastic presentations and workshops covering data, AI, customer service, cyber security, business intelligence, finance, assets & infrastructure, staff & teams, and much more. The Housing Technology Awards will also be returning to celebrate the amazing projects taking place in our sector.

Housing Technology 2025 begins on 11th March with afternoon workshops and an evening welcome reception, with the main conference on 12-13 March 2025 at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham. Housing Technology 2024 took place on 05-07 March at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham. Over 600 people attended the conference where we hosted a large range of fantastic presentations and workshops covering data management, digital transformation, IoT, agile infrastructure, cyber security, finance & procurement, tenants as consumers and more.
Data Matters 2023
Following the success of our inaugural 2022 event, Data Matters 2023 featured a range of IT- and business-led presentations from selected housing providers on their data management experiences, recommendations, pitfalls to avoid and ongoing results. The event also included a showcase of IT suppliers specialising in housing-specific data management.
