Totalmobile has won a three-year contract with Hyde Group to extend the use of its field-service and dynamic scheduling software across the housing provider’s wider operations, including asset management, building safety, neighbourhoods and safer homes.
Mark Batchelor, director of property services, Hyde Group, said, “When we first contracted with Totalmobile, we wanted a unified solution that would interact smoothly between us, our customers, our contractors and other third-party organisations.
“By using a single system, we eliminated the need for multiple systems and licences and transferred our entire team to a single solution that had all the necessary information. The impact on our customers is also huge because they can now use just one portal to report any problems or follow the progress of a job, in the same way that we do.”
