In4systems has launched Intelligent Scheduler for dynamic appointment setting for repairs and maintenance staff and other mobile operatives. The web-based tool integrates with housing management, repairs and asset management systems and is part of In4Systems’ Promaster suite of asset management applications. The system is also available as a stand-alone product.
John Buckland, director, In4Systems, said, “Intelligent Scheduler will automatically schedule workers to attend appointments, taking into account many criteria including their existing and required location, travelling time, the trades and skills required, task duration, related tasks and public holidays. User intervention in work scheduling is only needed when there are no available resources.”
