InforData Consulting has completed a review and audit of Genesis Housing Association’s governance and supporting processes for managing master data across the organisation.
Genesis has master data stored and replicated across a number of core business systems, and good governance methodology aims to ensure that all master data is managed and maintained within business-defined performance criteria.
After its review, InforData recommended several options to improve the housing provider’s data management processes to deliver more accurate and controlled information, including more stringent data governance, a single data repository and an overall cultural change in its approach to data.
