iO Associates has launched a fixed-price, full project delivery service covering all aspect of housing providers’ business and technology transformation projects, from inception through to realisation, underpinned by an immediate return on investment.
The company’s fixed-price model covers three stages, spanning an initial consultative phase, followed by staffing and project delivery, and concluding with end-user training. iO Associates said that the benefits of its new model were cost predictability, strategic alignment, compliance assurance and customer-centric innovation.
