North View Housing Association has confirmed that it plans to deploy Kypera Financials by April 2010. The housing provider is currently using Sage.
An existing Kypera Housing customer, Glasgow-based North View wanted the benefits of having its housing management and financial systems delivered by a single supplier.
Jean Price, finance manager, North View Housing Association, said, “The integration of Kypera Financials with Kypera Housing will streamline our supplier payments in a way that we can’t do at the moment with Sage. Also using Kypera’s Excel Report Write will allow us to break down our costs to a more granular level which will mean better reporting of expenditure.”
Craig Brock, business services manager, Kypera, said, “We have a unique selling point as Kypera owns the full intellectual property rights for both systems, therefore development of the system is customer-driven, allowing end-users to suggest enhancements. Kypera Financials is fully integrated with Kypera Housing, thus cutting down on duplicate entries of suppliers and payments.”
