Leathermarket Joint Management Board is about to start the implementation of new housing and financial management systems from MIS Active Management Systems. The ActiveH housing system and Microsoft Dynamics finance system, for which MIS-AMS is a licensed developer and reseller, are both expected to be fully operational by November 2010 and will be used by 17 Leathermarket staff to manage 1500 properties in London.
The new systems will replace Leathermarket’s existing standalone applications which at present make it difficult for the housing provider to create accurate and up-to-date financial and performance reports. Alan Iles, IT project manager, Leathermarket Joint Management Board, said, “We are looking forward to having a completely integrated IT solution that will give us proactive financial and performance controls, although we know that there is a lot of hard work ahead of us to upgrade our processes and adapt the ActiveH systems to meet our needs.”
